I am from Canton, Michigan, and I am going into my 11th year of teaching, my fifth here at Northwestern. I have previously taught four years in Coolidge, Arizona, and two years at Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, South Carolina.

I have my master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Mathematics from Concordia University-Portland, and I am currently working on my Doctorate in Education with a focus in Higher Education from Concordia as well.

I went to Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, where I played basketball and soccer. I am the Girls Varsity Assistant Basketball coach. Any girls interested in being part of our program, don’t hesitate to reach out!!
