ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø

I'm so excited to be beginning my 12th year with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø as an Instructional Assistant at Independence Elementary.  Prior to IDES, I had the privilege of teaching at St. John's Preschool.  I love working with our youngest learners and find it amazing to see how much they grow and change during the course of a year. My goal is to create a safe, positive, and fun learning environment for every child in our classroom.

 

A native of Chester, South Carolina, I graduated from Lander College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics.

 

I have been happily married to my husband Tim for 24 years. We are the proud parents of Wesley and Elaina. We have two cats, Sophie and Rocky.  

 

Outside of school, you can find me spending quality time with family and friends, going on exciting adventures, thrifting, reading, crafting, playing Skipbo at my beloved Turquoise Table, or snapping photos as an amateur photographer. I love college football, especially the Clemson Tigers!
