My name is Elaine Jothen. I am married, have two children and four grandsons. Roger, my husband, and I enjoy our saltwater fish tack, antiquing, DIY projects, decorating and swimming, but most of all spending time with our family. My grandsons keep me very busy and it doesn't take long before I'm tuckered out. I love game nights with my children and in my family I'm the Monopoly Queen.

I have been a part of the Ebinport family since 2002. I enjoy being a  paraprofessional and kindergarten instructional assistant. It is a privilege to work with such an amazing and loving staff. We are blessed to have a diverse community of children that attend Ebinport. Each day is filled with wonderful opportunities to teach, grow, and reach a child with social, academic or physical needs. I love that we take all children and love, grow and teach them exactly where they need it. We meet them where they are and grow from there. 

I love what I do and I'm thankful for the children each year that I get to call and love as my own. They each touch my life in their own unique way. I cherish the memories that each child leaves me with. The best part is once they are grown, they return, and share the memories they have of me.
