Mary Jenkins
My name is Mary Jenkins and this is my 12th year teaching at Mt. Gallant Elementary. I taught fifth grade before moving down to fourth where I have been for the last nine years. I am from York and went to Winthrop University. I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and stayed on to receive a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Educational Technology.
My husband, Craig, and I live in York near our family. I am an active member in my church and community. When I am not teaching, I enjoy baking, watching sports, reading, and hanging out with Marvin, my yellow lab!
I feel blessed to be at MGES! It is my home.
