I have been teaching at South Pointe since 2015. I love teaching students about the story of our nation and relating our history to current events.
My primary goal is to help students prepare for college and the workforce by instilling in them a life-long love of learning. I am originally from Charleston, SC but moved to Rock Hill to attend Winthrop University. While at Winthrop, I met my husband and we have been married since 2003. We enjoy traveling, especially to the beach, with our two beautiful daughters. I also enjoy watching football, reading, boating, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
