Originally from Hartsville, SC, I graduated from Hartsville High School in 1993 and began my college education at Winthrop University. I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1996 and a Masters in Mathematics in 1999. I just recently received a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. I have been a high school teacher for 20 years. I have called South Pointe High School my home since its’ inaugural year. In addition, I have been an adjunct professor at Winthrop University for 22 years. I currently teach the International Baccalaureate Math SL, the Advanced Placement Calculus BC, and the Advanced Placement Probability & Statistics classes at SPHS. I have 4 kids and enjoy the outdoors, running and reading in my spare time.
