Harrison Brimmer, Physical Education
My name is Harrison Brimmer, welcome to Mount Gallant Physical Education! I have been teaching since 2016 and have earned degrees from The Citadel, Winthrop University, and I am currently working on a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. In ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø I have worked at Finley Road Elementary and Mount Gallant Elementary, and I’m passionate about developing lifelong skills in every student that walks through our doors. I especially love teaching kids about the skills inside of made-up games like “basketball” made up by James Naismith, “volleyball” made up by William Morgan, or “lacrosse” made by Native Americans.
I come from a family of educators, and I am happily married to a 4th grade teacher. We have a daughter who will one day attend MGES. In my free time I enjoy tackling woodworking projects, reading, and watching sports.
