I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College, a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University (New York Campus), as well as a Master of Educational Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte. I am eager to continue helping to bring all secondary students into the 21st century using a unique combination of pedagogy and life experiences. My focus is based on helping to guide students in becoming productive, intelligent, and articulate citizens. I hold over 20 years of experience in education (as well as HR acumen), demonstrating expertise in human-centered design, talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI, performance management, and program evaluation.
