Leader In Me Personal Mission Statement:
My personal mission statement, as a GT teacher, is to ensure that my students develop productivity, creativity, self-discipline, and leadership skills. I will always make sure that they are provided with a challenging curriculum that is suited to their needs as gifted students. I will always strive to make real-world connections with their studies and show them how rewarding it can be to be completely invested in their learning.
My students will know that my classroom is a safe and comfortable place to learn where we respect each other's points of view and differences. They will understand that my classroom is a safe place for them to be themselves and that I will always be there to support their social-emotional needs as gifted individuals.
