My name is Margaret Bentos-Pereira, I work as a Teacher Assistant with self-contained Unique Pathways 1 K-2 classroom.  This is my first year. I have worked with children for the last seven years. I love being with children, it’s always been my calling!!

I myself have 3 children two girls 18, 16 and a 14 year old son. They all attended Old Pointe Elementary. It’s great to be here as a teacher assistant. I have been married for the last 19 years. We moved here from New York, Long Island 15 years ago. On my down time I enjoy being with family, friends and spending time with our furry friends. I enjoy cooking especially when my children are willing to try new things.
