 Survey of American History Teacher

My name is Alexander Edmonds, and I am a 3rd year Social Studies teacher from Charlotte, NC. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and Western Carolina University with a Master’s in the Art of Teaching Social Studies. For the last two years, I have taught at Walter Hines Page High School in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am thrilled to join the excellent staff at South Pointe High School and inspire students to develop a love of history.

I live in Charlotte with my girlfriend and our dog. We enjoy hiking, long walks, and exploring the city with our dog (Dallas).
