Hi, I am Lonna Adams! I am originally from Lexington, SC, but chose to make Rock Hill my new home after graduating from college. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Winthrop University in 2011 and went on to graduate from American College of Education with a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018. I began my career as a second grade teacher at India Hook Elementary fourteen years ago and consider it an honor to be part of the IHES Pirate family. My husband, Jim and I have been married for thirteen years, and we have three children (Walker-8, Tyson-5, and Griffin-2). We currently reside in Rock Hill and love being involved with our community. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and staying involved with my church. A few of my favorites are: Amazon, Dunkin' Donuts coffee, praise & worship music, and all things purple!
