Mr. Richardson has been working at Chambers High School in Charlotte as the athletic director for more than 11 years. In 2020 he was selected as a finalist for the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Athletic Director of the Year. He’s also contributed to securing 95 athletic scholarships, totaling over 50 million dollars, over a five-year span.   He also helped orchestrate five state titles in various sports over eight years.  Mr. Richardson has also taught English for nine years in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and in Bladensburg, Maryland.
