Mr. Kendrick Cherry

Kendrick Cherry is a native of Rock Hill. He attended Claflin University and earned a Bachelor of Science in middle level education; he later received his master’s in education administration and supervision from Southern Wesleyan University. Mr. Cherry taught English and social studies at William J. Clark Middle School in Orangeburg, SC for seven years. During this time, he also served as the campus coordinator of Claflin’s Call Me MiSTER program and led a youth mentoring program that he founded entitled, Young Men of Purpose. Mr. Cherry taught social studies at Rawlinson Road Middle before serving as an assistant principal at Chester Middle School. He excited to return to his hometown and alma mater. Mr. Cherry and his family live in the Lancaster community; and his wife also serves as an educator in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
